Change the Inside – Change the Outside

Energy Connection Tip of the Day: Whatever we see on the outside is a direct reflection of what’s on the inside. If you want to see a change on the outer, begin with the inner workings of your mind, heart, and spirit. Then the ripple effect begins.

Do you think that you control your external environment?  To some level you do.  Do you think that you control your internal environment?  More than you know!!

There is much information from books, movies, CD’s, speakers, and videos that talk about how your internal world – thoughts, feelings, and emotions – control how your external world looks like.  The Secret was a great precursor to the unfolding of this realization.  Ask and It is Given gives great insight on the power of our inner workings and abilities.

So why is it still a conundrum for some people to realize that their external and internal are a direct relationship with one another? Perhaps it is due to our world creating a schism between mind and heart. Perhaps it is the desensitization of emotions and feelings.  Or perhaps our scientific minds refused to be swayed by the emotional body.

Whatever the excuse may be, as long as you are stuck in seeing a pattern or a world that you don’t like, there is a small part of you that created that.  YES! It’s true.  You attract that which is for your highest and best good.  And while some things you attract may feel downright awful and vicious and perhaps you didn’t want to attract that negative experience – this is a big wake-up call.

THIS IS YOUR EARTH SCHOOL.  CLASS IS IN SESSION!!  ALWAYS!

So what does that mean?  It means your soul “signed up to take certain classes” that it needed for its evolution.  Don’t believe it?  You don’t have to.  Just ask yourself this question – why am experiencing these situations then?
