Radiate Your Divine Blueprint

Energy Connection Tip of The Day: Radiate all that you are meant to do for your Divine Blueprint is constantly being expressed through your words, works, and thoughts.

I recently taught an IET Intermediate Class this past weekend and we were talking about the different layers of the human energy field.  One thing that stuck out at me again was how our mental layer is encoded with our Divine Blueprint’s plan and what we do, think, act, and be is affected in how our Divine Blueprint is expressed.

Here’s a great story that may relate to what I’m talking about:

James (not his real name) was a struggling musician and artist.  All he really wanted to do was play and create beautiful works of art, whether that be paintings, sculptures or metal.  He spent an astounding amount of time creating and struggling to do what he loved.  When he participated in art shows, he was well received.  When he played guitar and sang in his band, the audience went wild.

All this would have been good except that James’s parents wanted him to go to college and become a doctor.  They actually put down his artistic talents despite the fact that he did miserably in school and even withdrew failing from some classes.  Still they put the pressure on him because they wanted him to have a “stable career.”

In order to keep the peace in the family and to make his parents happy, James decided to stop doing any of his art or music and focus solely on completing his college education.  He did not become a doctor but rather an accountant and got  a secure job at a large investment firm.  He worked 60+ hour weeks. He hated his job.  But his parents were happy.  He even started dating a girl he had nothing in common with, but whom his parents adored.

It seemed that James was living someone else’s dream.  That would have been fine and dandy, but James became sick.  What initially started as abdominal pain eventually turned into colon cancer.  While James’s secure job and its insurance company paid for his surgery and treatment, it didn’t pay for the heaviness and emptiness James felt.

After leaving the hospital, James knew he had to make a change.  He decided to sell his house, break up with his girlfriend, quit his job, and move to Austin, TX where he could start over and figure things out.  What happened next was truly a remarkable journey.  James began enrolling in art classes at the community college and playing in some jam bands with the people he met at school.  Soon, he was playing live shows and creating studio albums.  He even had some stunning work displayed in one of the fine museums.  He was happy.  He was healthy.  He was secure.

When James’s parents came to visit him, they were shocked.  They didn’t recognize the bearded, bright-eyed, smiling, and disheveled looking man as their son.  They certainly did not approve of all the art work and musical instruments that lined his house.

“What are you doing for work?” his father asked.

“I’m supporting myself with studio sessions and art shows.  I’ve got a tour lined up to play at some festivals and that should take care of the year’s rent and bills.”

“But what about your savings?” his mother asked, horrified.”What if you lose everything.”

James smiled and looked at his parents.  “I already lost everything when I decided to live my life for someone else.  My savings went out the window when I began saving to live right now. That’s all I have.  Right now.  Being sick taught me that.”

“But what about your future?” his father and mother asked in unison.

James looked out the window and smiled. “I am doing EVERYTHING that I AM suppose to do, that I came down here to do, that I was meant to do.  This present IS my future.  And if I don’t live my life the way I was intended to, then I am cheating myself of my Divine Path.  I AM not afraid of what might happen next.  I only believe that it is part of who I am meant to be.”

Then he picked up his guitar and sang.  His parents sat silent, dumbfounded by the sheer courage and eloquence their son expressed in living his life without fear.
