Energy Connection Tip of the Day: You are Divinely blessed and benevolently loved.  Should there exist any doubt within you of your magnificence, go to a mirror and realize that you are a reflection of The Most High.

We are entering a time in our dear planet’s life where a Divine communion is occurring that is calling us to step into our higher selves. What does that mean?  It is time to let go of our doubts about who we are, whether we are worth it, or whether we are loveable or can love.

Energy Connection Tip of the Day: In understanding our path, we must become still and listen for Great Spirit is always speaking to us. In honoring our Divinity, we must trust that what we hear is for our highest and best good.

What does this mean?

We live in a busy time and our lives are packed to the gills with things to do, places to see, and people to meet.  So scattered and on the run are we that we often do not get the downtime needed to connect to Great Spirit.  In connecting to the Source, we are able to renew our energy and life force.

Many people I meet often say that they have a difficult time “meditating” because their minds and thoughts are too busy.  Authors such as Eckart Tolle talk about the mind and ego and encourage us to detach and watch what the mind does.  That’s a pretty difficult order when being still is challenging and unplugging from a stimuli-rich world becomes a necessity.

Energy is like water.  When it flows freely, it moves debris, blockages, and unused matter out of the way.  Our bodies are very similar to water.  Stagnant energy manifests into dis-ease causing all kinds of conditions from cancer, heart disease, psychological issues, pulmonary/respiratory effects and more.

Why does stagnant energy manifest into dis-ease?  Here’s a few reasons that may resonate with you or someone you know:

#1.  When you experience trauma, it encodes the memory in your organs and cells, recreating the experience exponentially in your subconscious until you release it.

The Energy of Creation is a vital part of our life.  It was what birthed us and it is what sustains us daily in our words, thoughts, actions and deeds.  We are co-creators of that energy and we infuse our projects, our practice, and our relationships with that vibration of creation.

As we gather during this holiday season, we are reminded of all the blessings and special things that make our lives truly a remarkable experience.   From families and friends to our homes and jobs, the list of gratitude could be exceptionally long.  However, thanksgiving should be extended beyond one Thursday in November.
